JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning and Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks, and ensure timely project completion.

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and end-users, to understand their requirements and expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and progress reports. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

• Agile Methodology: Implement Agile principles and practices, such as Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative and incremental project/product development. 

Job Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Typically, a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. Previous experience in IT project management and product ownership roles is a must. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP), can be advantageous.

• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial for effectively managing teams and engaging stakeholders. You should be able to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals and facilitate collaboration within the project team. English skills at least C1 is a must.

• Organizational Skills: Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities. 

• Adaptability: IT projects/products often require adaptation to changing circumstances. Being adaptable and open to learning new technologies, tools and methodologies is important in this role.

• Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document project/product requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure they are captured in user stories or other suitable formats.

• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other IT professionals. Assign tasks, set priorities, and facilitate collaboration within the team. Ensure effective utilization of resources and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

• Product Development and Delivery: Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of product increments. Provide clear direction and guidance, answer questions, and remove any obstacles that may hinder progress. 

• Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor product performance and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. Use analytics tools and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the product. Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancements and optimizations.
