Required position: Technical Recruiter

As a software agency providing high-class web development and web design services to our clients worldwide, we are looking for a motivated recruiter to join our team.

Job description

• Find relevant candidates for the company
• Compose job descriptions
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews
• Interview candidates combining various methods 
• Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the CEO.
• Keep applicants informed on the application process

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Understanding of technology and technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
