As a software agency providing high-class web development and web design services to our clients worldwide, we are looking for a motivated recruiter to join our team.
- Find relevant candidates for the company
- Compose job descriptions
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Arrange phone, video, or in-person interviews
- Interview candidates combining various methods
- Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the CEO.
- Keep applicants informed on the application process
- Experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
