Business Development Specialist

As a software agency providing high-class web development and web design services to our clients worldwide, we are looking for a new and motivated colleague to join our team.

The Business development specialist is responsible for selling our services to customers worldwide. He or she will be accountable for forming new client relationships and strengthen existing client relationships to forge new opportunities

Job responsibilities

  • Build a client base across multiple channels
  • Organize and built effective meetings
  • Create and implement strategies that will expand market share
  • Increase brand awareness and sales
  • Develop long term partnership and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Understand the technical and business requirements of potential customers
  • Overall understanding in IT industry
  • Make product presentations
  • Prepare reports and suggest improvements in the workflow process

Required qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Marketing or IT
  • Work experience in sales is an asset but not a must
  • Knowledge of IT industry will be seen as an advantage
  • High level of verbal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian
  • Deep understanding of how a product is sold and the channels they are sold into
