Job description:
As a Data Engineer, you will work collaboratively with architects and other engineers to recommend, prototype, build and debug data infrastructures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will have an opportunity to work on real-world data problems facing our customers today.

Job responsibilities
• Solve complex problems building advanced software systems, while processing several petabytes of data
• Adapt quickly to utilize software engineering best practices
• Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality software collaboratively
• Designing, implementing, and running big data pipelines that canvas over petabytes of data
• Collaborate with your team of engineers, project managers and solutions architecture to build new products and features for our clients
• Learn functional programming
• Design conceptual, logical and physical data models to support new reporting and data analysis
• Design extract, transform and load (ETL) processes
• Creating, supporting, and maintaining ongoing data infrastructure
• Creating reports, dashboards, visualizing data
• Attention to details, in particular as it relates to compliance and accuracy of data
• Gather, document and analyze requirements from stakeholders
• Enhancing processes related to data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value
• Collaborate with database developers to create Datawarehouse to store all data that need for analysis in efficient way.
Job Requirements
• Experienced in GCP Environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience managing internal or client-facing projects to completion and troubleshooting clients’ technical challenges
• Experience in writing software in Python. Experience with data processing software and data processing algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in working with/on data warehouses, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools, environments, and data structures
• Experience in Big Data, information retrieval, data mining, or Machine Learning
• Hands-on and deep experience working with Google Data Products (e.g. BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, AI Building Blocks, Looker, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataprep, etc.)
• Knowledge in Machine Learning and Data Scraping is a plus.
